Javaid and the team did stellar job leading and pushing through flat purchase. Then were immediate and relentless chasing slacking landlord, ground owners and management company. Thorough the process we've always felt Javaid is in our corner and we'd have no one else - best agent to have!

Justin has sold my old house three times! I didn't think any one could sell my place, and he sold it in a week. In a world where it is not always easy to find some one to really trust, I would trust Justin. He was always up front and …

Victoria helped reliably, efficiently and across a different time zone to secure our lease. She communicated well throughout the process with us and also spoke to the owner of the house when tricky or difficult issues arose. She was always polite, courteous and we appreciated her friendly "can-do" attitude and willingness to respond even during the weekends, on occasions. Thank you! ........ Two years on, Victoria helped us move to the north of London. We looked through endless houses and - despite a set back which was nothing to do with her -- she continued to assist us over many months offering advice, negotiating tactics and a calming words when we needed it! Highly recommend her again - specifically in the north of London. Even after we moved in, she helped link us up with some contractors and ensured all was fit for purpose. Thanks again!

I’d never sold a place before and Justin Bhoday came highly recommended by a mate who had used him several times. He was so cheery, even when I was having hysterics, always answered the phone or got back to me asap, got a several offers within two weeks, one of which I accepted. He was also honest about the London market and didn’t over-promise. Highly recommend - and it’s a family business, not a huge company, so a more personal feel.

The best estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From my first phone call to receiving the keys, Justin was always professional, friendly and prompt to return my call or messages. And Izzy was always proactive and kept me up to date with where we were in the process at all times. I can’t recommend Bhoday highly enough.

I have been using the marvellous Justin Bhoday for many years and I can highly recommend him. He is the best estate agent in London in my humble opinion and no accolade is too high. He is extremely professional, patient, kind, honest and talented. Did I mention his 'people skills'? He is an excellent communicator and also great fun. He goes to great lengths to make both buyer and seller happy (I have been both). He is also not at all 'pushy', and has the skill to know when to wait for events to unfold, and when to steam ahead, always with charm and grace. You would be crazy to use anyone else for your buying and selling within London.

I rarely write reviews, but Bhoday Estates truly deserves every bit of praise. I've had the pleasure of working with Justin Bhoday for over 15 incredible years, navigating the property market as a buyer, a seller, and as a landlord. And through every single interaction, they have consistently exceeded my expectations. What sets Bhoday Estates apart is their unwavering commitment to customer service. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the market, providing insightful advice that has been invaluable whether I was making an offer, trying to get a complex transaction over the line, or seeking the right tenants. Perhaps most importantly, their total transparency is a breath of fresh air in an industry where it can sometimes be lacking. They are always upfront, honest, and communicate clearly, ensuring you're fully informed every step of the way. This builds immense trust and makes what can often be a stressful process feel remarkably smooth. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares, has deep expertise, and operates with absolute integrity, look no further than Bhoday Estates. They are simply the best in the business, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!
