Highly recommend!

These guys really worked hard for me and got the sale done in difficult market conditions. Very good communicators throughout and really helpful. I tried another estate agent in the area- they were terrible compared to these guys! Highly recommend using them

Excellent service by Mr Di Gong and his team

Mr Di Gong and his team did an excellent job in handling our letting and he worked really hard round the clock to ensure that we are able to move in quickly with ease. Joanna assisted with the move-in process and it all went smoothly without any hiccups. I would recommend Benham & Reeves, Ivan Hrissimov

I would recommend Benham & Reeves , we have used them for many years for renting our property in Highbury North London , they always give a first class service very proactive and honest advice. From day one when they started renting out our property I don't think we have ever had more than a couple of weeks of a void period if that. They carry out all the due diligence on the tenants and to date have all been professional people. I would like to make a special mention to Ivan Hrissimov who I have built up a good working relationship over the years.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Even worse lettings negotiators!! Especially Dele Lawal!! At what point does the boy not realise that prospective clients pay both the company’s and his financial remuneration. A really lax negotiator who seemingly has no interest in letting properties. No communication skills, no customer service skills and above all a lack of customer service! I would not recommend this company if they were the last lettings agent on the planet!!

Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages…

Raj Miah from Benham & Reeves manages our flat rental. We recently had to re-let our flat after the tenants gave notice just before Christmas. Raj managed to find new tenants quickly and efficiently. He oversaw the repairs etc. So that the property was clean, repaired and ready for new tenants in a very limited time. Thank you Raj and Benham & Reeves for making the changeover so effortless

Excellent Service!

When i first bought the property ,B&R found my first tenant who stayed there more than ten years without any problems. Then ,they found the second tenant who is also very reliable. On top of that, whenever there is any problem with the plumbing, electricity etc, B&R take immediate action to fix it! Ms Lisa-Jane Stratton is very efficient! Highly recommended!
