My home was managed by Benham & Reeves for 6 years. Little to no service, always changing contacts and a ton of hidden charges. Definitely the worst Lettings agent I’ve ever been with. Highly recommend NOT to go with them.

GoogleI would advise people to be careful with their return deposit policy as they are very cheeky and cut a big chunk of deposit for their pocket. Very bad experience
