Kayleigh Weston, Property Manager: she works swiftly, always willing to do the extra miles to help, to explain and she also helps to check the information properly. She seems very close to you although distance in range as I can feel her personal closeness with her client. She’s also willing to be involved with another department to ensure that her clients get the full support they need. Thank you Kayleigh and you’ve been wonderful assisting with the sales of my apartment, otherwise I’ll be quite lost to follow up on information that we’ve to work on. Penny has been extremely punctual and helpful. Not only did she respond quickly, she also tried her best to accommodate our special needs, including meeting at inconvenient time periods to suit our time schedules, and providing useful advices on refurbishments and other utilities. Furthermore, she was very responsible as she helped pressing the solicitors to complete the transaction on time. Moving house can be a nightmare, but Rahim at Benham and Reeves made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Rahim was a professional, efficient, and had the right amount of empathy. He was patient and available to answer our questions (and believe me, we had a lot!).Rahim understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a new home. I leased my flat in March 2021, with the assistance of Wesley. At that time we were still under covid restrictions. Wesley was understanding and very helpful, my move in went smoothly with no stress.Since then I have renewed lease 3 times. Wesley and Veronica have been on hand each year to assist me and I greatly appreciate their efforts to help me secure a new lease. I would recommend Benham & Reeves , we have used them for many years for renting our property in Highbury North London , they always give a first class service very proactive and honest advice. From day one when they started renting out our property I don't think we have ever had more than a couple of weeks of a void period if that. They carry out all the due diligence on the tenants and to date have all been professional people. I would like to make a special mention to Ivan Hrissimov who I have built up a good working relationship over the years.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Even worse lettings negotiators!! Especially Dele Lawal!! At what point does the boy not realise that prospective clients pay both the company’s and his financial remuneration. A really lax negotiator who seemingly has no interest in letting properties. No communication skills, no customer service skills and above all a lack of customer service! I would not recommend this company if they were the last lettings agent on the planet!!
