Terrible experience. They put pressure on you to sign contracts on the spot. I have zero professionalism in emails, with monosyllabic responses like "No." If you try to talk to anyone above the agent, you are fully neglected. They operate like a bunch of shark lawyers, always in favor of the landlords, neglecting completely that you are a human being. It was a terrible, toxic, and extremely harmful experience. I even had an anxiety attack because of them. Avoid them at all costs.
Hi Javier, our lettings director has reviewed all the correspondence and could not find anything untoward, it was all routine exchanges between us and yourself. We are sorry you did not like the outcome but the deposit laws are in place to protect applicants, tenants and landlords interests equally, these are not our own laws.
