Worst customer service ever!I got in touch with them for a very specific request concerning an issue with my conveyancing and they made me waste almost an hour asking for unrelated things, like what area I would like to buy in, what's my budget...Basically, they completely ignored my request (even when I repeatedly asked the question again). They just wanted to help me search for a property... which is completely pointless, as I've already found one, and I'm already halfway through my conveyancing.Talking to them was like talking to a robot, and not a particularly smart one!Complete waste of time.EDIT since you're asking for more details:I spoke with Peter first in the online chat, then with Lucinda, then Nicole Fingerhut emailed me "Unfortunately we do not have an office that covers your area currently so we won’t be able to assist with your property search"... which goes to prove she didn't even bother reading my question, as it was not about a property search.They tried to sell me houses, mortgages... everything I didn't need, and every time I politely replied "no thanks, I'm not interested, my issue is XYZ, can you help with that or not?" they would just ignore me completely and keep trying to lure me into property searches and mortgages applications.Are Peter, Lucinda and Nicole robots? Trolls? Very young children? Certainly, they can't be trained customer service professionals!

TrustpilotCancelled viewing 45 minutes before, no apology, bad customer service and awful attitude
We had viewings and conversation with a lot of agencies, but this is by far the worst. Awful customer service. My boyfriend was supposed to have a viewing at 9.30 in the morning before work with the Hyde Park agency. He woke up earlier, rushed to be on time (coming from Peckham to Edgware Road area), left at 8.30, just to get a message from an agent Charlie, with no apology, that the flat was rented yesterday (!!!!). So they didn't bother to let him know yesterday, with an excuse they didn't have his number (they texted yesterday in the afternoon). He called the manager Maya Vershinina, who had more attitude than the agent, saying they have proof they called him at 8.18am (my boyfriend checked and didn't have any missed call) and that they sent him a message earlier in the morning today (last message was yesterday about viewing confirmation). The point is that he needed to wake up an hour earlier, finally he didn't have a viewing, and no apology whatsoever. I would rather be homeless than deal with this agency!

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and understand your frustrations. The lettings manager for the office Maya has investigated this complaint and spoken with Charlie in her team, and we can see on the internal log that a text was sent at 8.18am when Charlie got to the office, and he attempted to call just before that. Unfortunately Charlie was unable to contact your partner the night before, as the system he used to send the text message could only be accessed from the office rather than on his personal mobile. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience that this caused, and wish you both well in your property search.

The worst experience I have had in moving house in London was with Chesterstones Chiswick. Chesterstones Chiswick wasted our time and energy to do a simple contract as well as organising a proper check in for us. They didn’t communicate everything properly with landlord and took no responsibility for the mistakes they made. Matthew accused us of being too dramatic! Do not waste your money and most importantly your time.
