Looked after every step of the way, took my instructions and ran with them, easy to get hold off with any questions or worries and managed the buyer-seller relationship really well. I have worked with other local agents in the past that seemed to add to the stress, Marinos & Leon really helped take it away. GoogleI can't give 0 stars. Avoid that agency for any price. Very bad tendency service. Before you sign the contract they treat you like King after you nobody. They try to force us to pay the debt of landlords. Almost every month they try to force us to pay rent early than contract says, explain that the landlord needs to pay the mortgage on time. Almost two years were like in hell. 12/12/2020 we get back freedom from them and was not easy. After one month they try to take from us almost £2000 for not existing damage. Where we move into the flat we need to make all decoration painting, we buy new American style fridge with we left in the flat all white goods have all between 10-20 years old. Please be careful before you sign any contract with that agency. I live in London over 14years and I have never so many problems and stress, even if you think all is over they still try to get money from your pocket. It is not worth I will prefer to be homeless than using that agency again. I just looking for the legal advice to post all emails from that agency including email where we are was forced to pay the debt of the landlord all we will post here as soon as possible.

GoogleWe have bought a house with Barnard Markus acting as an agent for the seller. Even though there were delays from my side, the agent, Leon has always been very responsive and constructive. He managed to keep the deal going regardless of these unexpected delays, very efficiently negotiating between the both parties. Even though they were representing the seller, Leon got involved in all aspects of my situation as well , including the mortgage part and helped with smoothening the process. GoogleGet someone other than Mouna to deal with you. Contacted them for 3 days saying i wanted to put a deposit down and when mouna the lettings manager finally got back to me (after ignoring 3 calls over 3 days) she had let the property out. Incompetent and a time waster.

GoogleThey went back on their written word and I had a 9000 pounds loss to avoid the stress of going to court. Avoid at all costs and never trust what they say, even in writing, if you don't want to have to take matters to court.

GoogleThe worst experience I’ve ever had! Took £300 deposit from me, assured all the paperwork I provided is perfect and the landlord will definitely approve, kept me waiting for 15 days, and at the end told me that the landlord already agreed to give the house to someone else. Wasted my time, as I was not looking for other places, because they assured me it will 100% go through. DO NOT recommend!!!

GoogleI would just like to say if you’re ever looking for a home these guys know what they are doing, it was a pleasure dealing with Robert who was helpful and actually listened to us about what we were after, Nightmare agents kept telling us everything was gone on their websites and then we lucked out when we came across is great flat, the process was seamless and clear throughout with Robert and Priya making sure they worked for us just as hard as sometimes this is not always the case! hey even got a discount in the rent for the year which was an added bonus and the landlord was always just as nice. Pleasure dealing with the lettings team and wouldn’t hesitate recommending other tenants.

GoogleExcellent service. This was the first time we rented our flat out, and the whole service we received was excellent. The flat was let within one day, before it had gone on the market on the second viewing. From then on everything was stress free and Priya and Vicki couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be using barnard marcus again
