GoogleA really great experience with this Barnard Marcus branch from start to finish - Farima was absolutely lovely, friendly and so helpful with the viewings, Stephen was great throughout while we were putting offers in for the house, and Karen was really attentive throughout the process to completion. Great team of people, so happy with the customer service that we received.

GoogleMouna and Claudine looked after us very well, answering all of our questions quickly. The property was marketed on the Monday, there were 4 viewings booked for the Wednesday and by Thursday morning we had a serious offer and they moved in shortly afterwards. Very good service so far and we look forward to that continuing as we have opted for the managed service.

GoogleI found the process relatively seamless: it was easy to ring up and get clarification on the issues relating to the move; and, despite a stuttered start, we got into the property on the move in date. Victoria, especially, was very helpful & knowledgeable - and quick with her correspondence.

GoogleTo be honest I can’t thank them enough, as a student I’ve had already lost my hope to find a good student accommodation due to bad timing of the start date of my tenancy and that my staying was short term, I was looking for a studio apartment, Victoria helped me find a studio in a student accommodation which was the best thing that could’ve happened to me at that time, and she found the place in just a day, not to mention how patient, kind and understanding she was in a time when I was most stressed, I’m more than thankful to them, 10/10 recommended

The selling process has gone on for many months, but without Leon (and his team) we would have despaired more than once. GoogleRecently looking for a property to rent and found myself not quite sure where to search as every property available was always gone by the time I called an agent! Victoria really took the time to discuss what I was looking for instead of pushing all the properties she had, she told me she would keep a look out for me and she did. I got a call from her 5 days after registering advising me she had found the right property! She ensured my interests were looked after so I felt safe and secure. I can happily say anyone looking to rent in N10 or surrounding areas to call her as she was always going above and beyond which is very rare these days!
