Stewart Muir has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of purchasing our new house, making it as seamless and swift as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, property types and the sector and was extremely professional and on top of every stage, constantly liaising with the solicitors and estate agents within the chain and proactively providing us with frequent and detailed updates. Cannot reccomend Baker and Chase highly enough! We had a bit of a mission selling our flat during the pandemic but the team were so dedicated through out and were always on hand with any questions or queries we had. When we lost our first buyer they found a new one within a week meaning we didnt loose our dream home. Jason in particular was on hand to literally anything we needed and we felt supported by the team the whole time. I never felt like we were being 'sold a line's unlike other estate agents we had spoken too and they all come across as being really genuine which probably accounts for the personal experience we had. We are now happily in our new dream home and it certainly wouldnt have happened without their dedication and down right determination to make our move work. Thanks team!

In a tricky chain situation he kept lines of communication going regularly and went out of his way to push the entire chain. We eventually got moved in just before our first baby is due thanks to his persistence and urgency given the situation. I would definitely recommend using them.
