It's not often you come across a genuine caring person who is not looking just to do their job but go the extra mile to make moving less stressful. Jeff has made our moving process from start to finish stress free and that's not easy to come by when moving itself is quite stressful! Me and my husband have been blown away by Jeff's effort to ensure we were both well informed and kept in the loop throughout the whole process. We fell in love with the property straight away and he was very helpful. Couldn't have gone for a better estate agents and now that we've moved in, the contact is is still with estate agents for anything we may need. We bought and sold a house through Baker & Chase last year. We were really impressed by Jason’s helpfulness and approachability that we went with them to sell our house. Within a couple of weeks we had a buyer and Senel had got full asking price for us. Viewings were run smoothly and on time. The house we bought from them was a probate and due to Covid and some delays with solicitors it took longer than normal, but they guys kept us up to date and chased everyone we needed. They went above and beyond. We are now in our dream home and can’t thank the team enough x
