A massive thank you to Raya, Jeff and Amy. I recently moved into a new rental property and throughout the process everyone has been incredibly supportive. When I first viewed the property, I knew it was the one for me. Well maintained and described as it was online. Raya was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions all throughout the process. Jeff was a huge support in helping me pass the checks that were needed. I didn't want to delay the process of signing the tenancy, and Jeff was very understanding and took the time to help out, reassuring me all will be well, which it was! Thanks again Jeff. On move in date, I had the pleasure of meeting with Amy, who done a thorough inventory check of the flat with myself, and was very kind and joyous. I was also gifted with a welcome hamper, which was a lovely gesture too. I think this sums up how my experience with Baker and Chase has been so far. We bought our first family home this year through Baker and Chase, and with the complexities that comes with buying and selling property, Kieran the agent from Baker and Chase was really helpful in making it a smooth transaction with the Vendors and solicitors. The completion in buying our property and getting the keys would of been delayed by the Vendors side, but Kieran went above and beyond in communicating with us, the solicitors and the Vendors in getting the purchase completed with careful consideration of all parties circumstances. Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kyri at Baker & Chase, regarding a search for a 2 bed flat in the local area. Interacting with Kyri was a breath of fresh air. I was getting increasingly frustrated with other agents bombarding me with irrelevant properties, multiple employees from the same firm ringing up asking me the same questions I’d already answered…and then sending me brochures to properties completely at odds with what I was after. Jeff was amazing. From viewing the property, to receiving our keys, we had a smooth experience and great customer service throughout. However, the consistency changed after entering our brand new property. Minor issues were noticed that are now causing a bit of stress while setting ourselves in our home. The management of these issues, could be handled quicker than it currently is. I met Jeff who helped us a lot. He showed us the property and was very professional and friendly. He was always approachable and kept his promises, if he says he will call back he will. He gave us opportunity to see the property fast so we had a chance to rent it. He was understanding with our working life and scheduling a visit. We were successful and the landlord chose us to rent this lovely flat. Jeff was again helping us asking for the documents/forms to be filled and always ready to explain to us the next steps or any questions. He was amazing, so sweet, so kind and friendly agent.
