Baker and Chase are exceptional - they really stand out in the world of estate agents! I had the pleasure of using Baker and Chase to sell my property in EN2. I cannot recommend them enough. Local knowledge is essential and they thoroughly understand the local market. Their excellent communication throughout the entire process helped what could have been a complicated sale go very smoothly. Baker & Chase are a level above every other estate agent I have dealt with. It was quite refreshing to work with them and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone! Jason is extremely professional and pro-active. I needed a flat that allowed pets, and he really checked into this before viewings. One day he called me and said he had taken on a flat that was perfect for me, although he didn't have any pictures to show at that time, I went along to the viewing and sure enough it was the flat that I purchased. He really listens to his clients and makes sure that he is offering them properties that are right for their requirements. Over a few months, I saw four flats with Jason and offered on three. Baker & Chase take on quality properties and do not waste your time showing you properties that they know are not suitable for your requirements. They have a refined, 'less is more' approach, which is hugely appreciated. Jason was always polite, friendly, helpful, objective and never pushy. I was introduced to Stewart when the sale process was happening and he too was exceptionally professional and did everything he could to keep the process moving forward as quick as possible. Stewart always kept me updated on what is happening, so communication was swift and clear from the start to the finish of the sale. He was so fast at replying, even to the smallest request and nothing was ever a problem. I can not recommend Baker & Chase enough, they are a breath of fresh air!!!

We recently sold our flat in Enfield through Baker and Chase. Jason and Stewart did a fantastic job. Jason gave us a clear and well thought out appraisal of the flat at the outset and provided great advice on how best to market to property, as well as responding well to our queries and suggestions. A combination of their good marketing and bit of good luck meant we had an offer we were happy with after just one weekend of viewings. Jason's handling of the negotiations were excellent. Both Jason and Stewart helped keep pace going with the proceedings after the sale was agreed - which was no mean feat while everything was held up during the March lockdown period. All in all, they definitely earned their fees and I can highly recommend these agents to anyone looking to sell.
