Good evening Shukurmurod, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Naturally we’re disappointed to have received a 1-star review and we’d be really grateful if you’d reach out directly, so we can understand your review/rating and hopefully rectify any shortcomings. I can’t see any record on our system with your name, so please drop me a line using info@bakerandchase.co.uk - I hope to hear from you. Stewart Managing Director

Good evening Ludwig Stephan, I’ve asked all staff members and searched our database and I can’t determine who you are. I can’t imagine you are a client or a customer, as I’m sure I’d be aware of any issues that would come close to warranting a 1-star review. If something has slipped through the net, and you genuinely stand by your 1-star review, I’d be very grateful if you’d detail your experience, directly to me at info@bakerandchase.co.uk I will personally review any issue you may have and respond accordingly. If there is a genuine issue, we will always do our best to resolve that issue. Perhaps then you would consider reviewing or removing your review. I look forward to hearing from you. Stewart Managing Director

Hi Enamul, Thank you for going out of your way to add the 5-stars. You've been great to deal with over the years, so best of luck in your next chapter from all at Baker and Chase.

Thanks David - We look forward to welcoming you to the area!
