We had a great experience with Stewart. I never actually spoke to anyone else, I’m sure they are all great. Stewart managed the purchase of the house we bought in Palmers Green. I hope it’s a long time before we sell (!) but when we do, we would definitely go back to Baker and Chase. Stewart was kind, responsive and chased everyone without us having to ask. It wasn’t an easy chain, so he did have to keep on top of stuff. Plus when we completed we got a lovely gift box of useful things, and we got a lovely housewarming card from Stewart and the team through the post shortly after we had moved in!

I had the pleasure of working with the folks at Baker & Chase were excellent throughout the transaction. We were fortunate enough to use Baker & Chase for both our sale and our purchase. Every person we interacted with were always warm, professional and always provided the information we needed. Senel and Jason worked hard to make sure we were regularly updated on both our sale and purchase, and when our sale was unfortunately being held up (by external solicitors) they pushed and used contacts where needed to get responses, whilst keeping all parties updated and calm. Whilst we have no plans to move (at least not for a very long time) we would absolutely recommend Baker & Chase to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home. They really are a top quality estate agents.

Am very happy to recommend Baker and Chase Estate Agents to anyone wishing to sell their home in the local area. The experience of working with Jason and Senel was first class from start to finish. The company know the Enfield market so well and we were able to quickly agree our sales plan/pricing strategy and get up and running with multiple viewings lined up as soon as we went live with the property. Throughout the process I felt that Baker and Chase were on my side and they were really diligent in ensuring that once an offer was accepted we maintained momentum for the remainder of the process. When we decided to sell our house at the start of 2020 we couldn't have anticipated the challenges that were thrown at us, and the general housing market. Throughout the very long buying and selling process perhaps the only part I had complete faith in were Baker and Chase. From when we first met Stewart he understood and appreciated the effort and time we'd spent on our home. He gave us a very honest and straightforward response and clear overview of their services. This approach put them head and shoulders above the other local agents we spoke to. By understanding our home and presenting it well we had several offers within days, at the price we were after. Unfortunately due to COVID we lost our chosen buyer. I met with Jason, and the photographer was arranged for the next day. A day of viewings resulted in several offers, and the house sale went through without a hitch. My partner and I were searching for a house in Enfield and came across several estate agents during the process. Senel from Baker and Chase truly stood out to us. He embodied everything you’d hope for in an agent- professional, dedicated, honest and focused on providing an excellent service. ⚠️The worst experience i had 12 years in uk ⚠️was with baker & chase especially dealing with Amy they are the best when they want you to rent with them and when you leave they will Cut money from your deposit from stupid things and if you fix it your self you will never get the money i will be short (got the flat in very dirty condition like the pictures below and when i left I redecorate and clean it better than I get and still cut money from my deposit To long to fix somthing if is not working there is much more but that’s enough 👎
