I really can't speak highly enough for Baker Chase. Top quality service from start to finish. We looked at a few properties with other agents and couldn't believe how terrible they were. We then came across a property on Baker Chase and they really were terrific. We were lucky enough to have Senel working on the purchase and he is a real credit. He took great care and time in showing us around a couple of properties. He never rushed us into making a decision. If we wanted to go back and view the property at any time, Senel would make this happen. He was always at the end of the phone to advise and help in whatever way he could. Jason was there to support towards the end as well and was a huge help with a couple of problems towards the end. It just goes to show that this estate agent has staff who are at the top of their game and really go that extra mile. Thank you Baker Chase

Alban would always come back to us promptly with any questions we had around the purchase of our property from the first viewing up until completion. Very patient and accommodating to many questions and concerns we had throughout the process. Jason was also very prompt and professional every time we got in touch with him. We recently bought our new home through Baker and Chase Estate Agents and were so impressed. Credit must go, however, to the agent we dealt with, Mr Senel Ibrahim. I could write so many platitudes about ‘attention to detail’ and ‘going the extra mile’ but, as far as Senel is concerned, they would all be true. Senel made us feel as if we were his only clients and would respond so promptly and helpfully to any enquiry we had - whether by phone or email. His level of professionalism, of 'customer service' is a rarity these days. Baker and Chase, Enfield, are very fortunate to number him amongst their colleagues.
