GoogleStrongly recommend if you are looking for an agent that would stay with you and care from start to finish. My house purchase got a bit complicated towards the end but with the help from Hetheringtons specifically Lorraine and Richard everything went ahead on time.

GoogleReally disappointed to have been left outside a property without any attempt being made to contact me. After waiting 10 mins without any sign of an agent I called the office. The man I spoke to was polite and informed me that the agent I had made an arrangement with was off sick. He was unable to tell me, however, if anyone else would be coming in his place and advised me to call back the following working day to speak to the manager. I waited around for 20 mins after the viewing time. No one turned up, and no call to explain. I called back the next working day, explained and left my details with another agent who assured me I would get a call from the manager. Still no call, nor an apology. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I have been treated poorly and ignored.

GoogleI needed to sell my late mother's flat and they were absolutely brilliant. A very courteous service from providing a valuation to marketing it widely. I live too far away to arrange the viewings so the staff at Hetheringtons did everything and then organised a bidding round before sale. They got me a really good price and even advised on the quality of the clients who were interested. I would definitely use them again.
