GoogleBad communication, unfair fees. Any service dissipated immediately after we had paid the relevant money. The owners of the property we are renting were equally dissatisfied with the service they received which makes me really wonder who wins?

Bairstow Eves is a transparent agency, we are completely straightforward, upfront and honest about our fee structure. Our fees can be found displayed to the public inside every Countrywide office, can be found easily online on all property portals that we advertise with, and our staff are happy to discuss our fee structure with our customers in the office or via telephone even before a property viewing is arranged. We constantly monitor the fees of other agents in the marketplace and ensure that our fees are pitched in line with our competitors and industry regulations so they are not excessive and are set fairly for our customers. It is very disappointing to read your comments and I would very much like to discuss your areas of concern in more detail to find out which property this was in relation to. Please call me at the branch at your earliest opportunity.

I unfortunately did not sell with Bairstow Eves, which was my biggest mistake. I spoke with Patrick at the Grays office, he gave me so much help and information, he went over and above. I would 100% trust this guy and should I ever need to sell I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Please take heed.

Awful communication skills and agents are constantly contradicting themselves and each other. Rude to tenants, uncompassionate, really slow to sort out problems. The fees they charge are totally unethical as they provide such a terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

Disappointed really and felt big time let down .Poor communication, poor representation, I even being asked if I like to do the presentation on the house when it's their job to do it ,they have missed key points to present on the house .really theh are working with ppl with lack of training and desire of selling .Keep away ,and avoid using them .

We used Bairstow eves in leytonstone to sell our property. The service was terrible, they put no effort in to the advertisement on zoopla and right move. They showed no enthusiasm during viewings and overall service was poor. Do not use them. Wasted 6 weeks of our time.
