The most efficient process in finding a property I have experienced. Information as to what we were looking for was quickly assessed and a suitable property was found. The agents are helpful and know the properties well. Specifically Katrina who helped us find our new apartment, she managed to have everything sorted in no time at all and we were very pleased with her complete professionalism throughout.

I would strongly suggest them since the team has helped us to get settled in the house within a very short span of time, and they assisted me through all the procedures with ease and detailed explanation. And still If I want to check anything about the house, I get replied genuinely and sincerely. Especially talking about Akim, Rejaul and Karl, thank you mates for getting us smoothly settled in our new home.

The agents are nice, but unfortunately they are capable of lowering the property's price. Despite assurances that the price is final, you shouldn't trust them. I do not recommend.

They don’t care about the state of the properties they rent out . They just want to get paid , keep the owner of the house happy . No rights for tenants , even if you have 6 kids they will serve you a section 21 after living in rubbish conditions and asking for it to be sorted . Minus 5 stars

Very disappointed with the "service"…

Very disappointed with the "service" they gave to my elderly parents. They talked a good talk to get their sale but their service has been non existent. They pressured my parents into using their solicitors and I had to contact them to remind them that any instructions must come through me. They said they would mailshot properties for my parents to buy but no evidence of this. They had 3 offers during the first weekend of advertising the property and then immediately removed it from the website even though it was offers over. Absolutely no contact from the agents. Appalling service from start to finish. Very disappointed.

Unprofessional Service. Beware.

Called the North Finchley branch to arrange a valuation over a week ago. I explained that I lived miles away from the property and I explained that the property was a ground floor flat and agent told me it was a maisonette. He said all ground floors are maisonettes! However I booked a valuation appointment for today at 11. I waited until 11.30 and called the branch and was told that they had tried to call me in the week to cancel and left a voicemail, they did not and I dont have voicemail. They did not email the cancellation. I told them I had emails confirming and asked why they didn't call me today as I live so far away and he apologised and wanted to reschedule! Very unprofessional. Do not use, I won't be.
