She was very professional as well as friendly in her approach and made the whole process very pleasant and easy. She brings in a lot of positive energy and has a great attitude/ ethics. GoogleI was about to have a vacant property after a very good tenant was about to leave for family reasons. Since the property was already let through BE N12 I thought it better to give them a try first. Got a fairly accurate appraisal of a new rental price which I must say was very welcome. Viewings began and I guess they must have dealt well with the tenant, for viewings, because there was no issue and in a short while the property was re-let. A quick re-think was required because the prospective failed references but another suitable tenant was found quickly at the asking price. Friendly and helpful professional advice and feedback from Rula and Dwayne made it all the easier. Thanks both....#novoid
