The team at Bairstow Eves Finchley made my experience of buying an absolute pleasure. It is not often I leave a review but having purchased and sold numerous properties over the years and enduring the stress this 'usually' brings, I can't thank the team, especially Chris for making this the first time everything went without a hitch and they were always there to answer and queries and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this office and all it's staff to anyone wanting to buy or sell. I will absolutely be using this office again in the future I'm sure. They could teach many other agents and establishments a thing or two about great customer service! Thanks all. G

My experience with this estate agency was awful, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Chris who is the manager has been rude, patronising, manipulative and even lied to me at a time! He was condescending continuously when I asked questions. It was impossible to get hold of them when needed. The solicitor they recommended to the sellers who I was buying from was horrendous!!! Ultimately my whole experience was terrible. I’d run a mile!

does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

We have just bought and sold a property with Bairstow Eves (North Finchley). Bahar Acaroglu (Bee) was the agent we dealt with, and she has been fantastic. Bee was very helpful and patient as we had to arrange lots of visits to the house we are purchasing, and on occasions Bee met our Builders at the house alone, and on occasion had to entertain our children (who love Bee!)

I can honestly say that Bairstow Eves has looked after us very well through the renting process. Where many (if not not the majority of) letting agents had promised that they'd get back to us about our enquiries, but never did, Ivan DID in fact get back to us regarding our enquiries, as promised. Integrity matters deeply to us, even if it means something as little as getting back when you say you are. And both Ivan and Ibrahim have been so courteous and warm, and a pleasure to communicate with in general. It really helped with the stress of moving in an insane rental market.
