GoogleIvan Ziff, the lettings manager, at Bairstow Eves in North Finchley did a great job in handling a query from the council about my rented property. I just called him to get advice but he took the matter into his own hand, did the inspection on behalf of me at the property, and dealt with the council till the issue is closed in their end. I really appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

GoogleUpdate: Really depends who you deal with in terms of a lack of clear communication and also the manner in which you're spoken to as young females. Some have been wonderful and efficient, others not so much and communication between departments seems to be an issue. I've often forwarded on emails when I've been told someone has no knowledge of a situation, just to receive a reply with sincere apologies to say certain employees did not pass on all information when they should have and they would act immediately on the situation. I don't know if Anthony still works there but he was the one person that kept me in my flat and with Bairstow Eves. I was dealing with a dodgy flatmate, ongoing building work and a landlord we couldn't get hold of of. He was always prompt in replies and went out of his way to explain any legal issue without ever patronising us. He's made life much easier and dealt with our continuous emails and phonecalls, something that is rare in estate agents today particularly in London!

GoogleMy husband and I sold our property using the Bairstow Eves services (Finchley branch). Although the journey to completion was challenging at times for all parties, the Bairstow Eves team were always there to provide support and guidance in a professional manner during the COVID. Now that we have come to end of this adventure I will miss the excellent communication and great relationship we have established. I would highly recommend using Bairstow Eves services. GoogleI sold my flat using the Baristow Eves services. I decided to use them as I had bought the flat through them originally and had a good experience previously. They lived up to expectation again. Everyone at the Finchley branch were really helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend using them. Googlesince end of September I've chased them to book a viewing for a specific flat... booked canceled first time (beginning of November) booked again (beginning of December after a complaint about being unprofessional) confirmed by email and nobody turned up or had the decency to inform me about changes!
