We cannot praise the Highgate office staff of Anscombe and Ringland highly enough for the tremendous support we experienced during the sale of our flat.  We have bought and sold many times in different places but can honestly say that the experience we had on this occasion with Adam, Paul and Michael and their colleagues was the best anywhere and was superb.  We received weekly emails updating us on the number of internet searches of our property and accompanied viewings and we were sent emails after every viewing summarising the experience and feedback from clients. Adam helped us through the loss of the first buyer and found another within 24 hours, updating us all the time with phone calls and emails. When things got very difficult because of deficiencies on the part of our conveyancers, Adam stepped in and liaised with all parties to sort out the problems - going far beyond what was expected.  It was always a real pleasure to work with everyone in the office.  Everything was handled with great professionalism and courtesy and we are extremely grateful that we chose Anscombe and Ringland.

When looking for a house to rent, Anscombe & Ringland were the only company to listen to what we actually wanted. They recommended 4 properties for us to view and they were all of a high standard. When we went for the viewings, we were greeted by Zara who was extremely professional and helpful. I could not recommend Zara highly enough. She really understood what we wanted. Zara was flexible with viewings both when we were trying to decide and once we had agreed the rental. I don't think that we would have got our new flat if it wasn't for Zara and we are very thankful for that.

Well i never did. Yes, buying a house is stressful, but when you are working with Paul Constantine it is also jolly good fun. Paul was brilliant during the entire process of purchasing our house in Highgate, even when he had bronchiectasis, it didn't stop him being professional, accommodating and always alert. A pleasure doing business with Anscombe & Ringland. Heaven forbid that we move again in the next few years, but if we did i would certainly go back and speak to Paul, more than just an Estate Agent, so much more. My husband and I worked with Jerome Walker at Anscombe & Ringland to find our first flat in the Highgate area of London after moving from the U.S. I would recommend Jerome and we would certainly work with him again ourselves. Not only was he very efficient with knowing what was available immediately, and what was upcoming, he really listened to the specific criteria we asked for and wasted no time trying to show us lesser properties. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, and therefore quickly able to guide us in routes from each viewed flat to transportation lines, high streets and areas of convenience. We were in a hurry to move into a flat, we chose quickly, and Jerome was instrumental in helping us actually get all the paperwork, approvals, authorizations, furniture requests and communication with the landlord and check-in team for the flat completed in time for an early move-in day. He is quick to respond via phone or email for any question his clients may have. Jerome is a consummate professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients feel well taken care of. He has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor and seems happy to give tips and information to those who may be very new to not only the neighborhood, but the country! Thanks Jerome, we are enjoying our new flat!

As a first time buyer I found the whole process of buying a flat incredibly stressful. However, dealing with Paul Constantine at the Highgate branch made the experience so much better.
