Hi Tom, thank you for the fantastic feedback for the team in Barnet, specifically for Tara. We know she works incredibly hard to keep all our customers informed and is always aiming to get any issues resolved as quickly as she can, great to see that she's been able to do that for you over the last few years. TrustpilotBorderline Harassment
I liked at two properties and They harass you with constant phone calls . When I expressed interest in a property they use Pressure sales techniques like ‘should I inform the sellers you’re making an offer’ without me explicitly saying such . I have multiple voicemails from this company . Do not advice to use their services if can be avoided. I’m aware all estate agents will chase buyers but Andrews were particularly pushy more than any agency I’ve come across

GoogleWe were looking for a place to rent this summer and when the one we thought were the right one for us showed up, I've contacted Andrews and almost immediately a lovely agent got in touch with us, viewing was pretty much booked up, but the very professional agent made it work to suit our crazy schedules. Being that said, we've got the place in the end! Even had a confirmation by the end of that day. Honestly, I have never thought finding the right place and how Nadine the state agent made it so easily for us, that was truly the icing on the cake. Very professional, very efficient and honest, I couldn't stress enough. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotGreat team, great service
After being underwhelmed by another local estate agents, the Streatham branch of Andrews showed how it should be done. From Drew's initial meeting, outlining how Andrews do things to getting viewings organised and viewings actually happening!! Drew and Elvis delivered.Once we accepted an offer, they kept in touch, and the progression team (Courtney & Katie) did just that, especially as we had tricky solicitors. We've just completed and will use /recommend Andrews in the future.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
