We live in a Victorian conversion which requires considerable upkeep..followed Luke from another company as I know he’s got the expert knowledge to manage this. Great so have the peace of mind that our lovely old building is in safe hands.

My partner and I contacted Andrew’s property estate to arrange a viewing on a property in Horley. Stephen replied to our phone call and was super helpful since that moment! He was quick and efficient to accommodate all of our requests. He managed to accomodate a viewing even outside the open day which was fabulous as with our working schedule it is hard to match the days. He was very professional, effective and a nice person which helped us very much to really relax and see the property without any pressure. He took care of everything like answering our queries and helping us to find information from other departments. You can see he is passionate on what he does and is also super friendly.

From the get go Shannon at the Downend branch has been looking after us in finding a rental flat for me, my wife and our 3 year old son. Shannon showed us round the property which was exactly as advertised by Andrews Estate Agent. The whole process took just over a week which included referencing to move in date. Could have not asked for a better person to help us move into our new flat. Shannon has exceeded all our expectations. Thank you.

After deciding we wanted to sell our property we contacted several local estate agents but decided on Andrews Stroud based purely on the fantastic, warm approach from Emily Boston. Initially she talked us through everything we needed to know over the phone, never making us feel foolish for our various questions. When she came out to our home and valued the property I felt her judgements/evaluations were fair. I had been very apprehensive about jumping in to selling our home due to the current market but felt after talking to Emily that we were in really good hands. She is competent, knowledgable and very professional. You can tell she takes great pride in her job and was a fantastic representative for the company. Sadly due to unforeseen family circumstances we have decided not to sell at this time, however I couldn’t not mention the brilliant experience we had with Emily and credit/highlight the time she spent with us.

I have been dealing with Andrews Redhill/Reigate branch for 10+ years. Recently, Reigate office found me suitable tenants and the service has been exemplary. One particular team member, Ed Brennan, stands out. Ed is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and given me invaluable advice when I needed help over the years. In my opinion, he has proved to be a great asset to this company. I would highly recommend Ed Brenan and the very efficient lettings team in Andrews Reigate office.
