BATH- Lyncombe hall - Emily and Hamza A GREAT ASSEST TO A COMPANY!Hamza had shown us around and was attentive, kind and easy going! My partner and I had decided to go for the property and met Emily. EMILY was on the BALL! CONSTANTLY. Any call we made, she picked up, any questions we had she answered or tried to get an answer ( we had very difficult solitors) . However, Emily wanted to help us all the way and went beyond our needs. There were times when Emily was on annual leave and a few of her colleagues attended to us and even then... fabulous service!!!I highly recommend Bath Andrews Estate agents!Thankyou very much!

Great communication. Great team.

My partner and I were looking for a flat to rent. Jasmine was very responsive to the online query and called me to book a viewing within the hour of sending the email. Communication with the team is fast and straightforward. The online referencing can be done in your own time. We were updated regularly through email. The team is friendly and warm. Prior to this move we also rented through Andrews. When we visited their office recently, Hayley still remembered us from a year ago. Little things like this made the service really personal.

Me and my partner have just finalised on a new rental property and I can say without any doubt that in the 27 years I’ve been renting, Andrews have been the best to deal with. Nicole has been on hand throughout to put my partners mind at ease and we met Hayley today to sort out some final bits of paperwork and she too was brilliant. Any house move is a traumatic time but Nicole and Hayley have made it so much easier. If you’re buying or selling, renting or letting, then you can’t go wrong with Andrews.

Great effort received from Andrews Bath Bear Flat

We bought our house from Andrew Bath Bear Flat. Zak McCulloch and Emily Snell have been really helpful throughout the purchase process. We got quick response and confirmation for the first and second viewing. Although the sale was dragged by the seller’s onward purchase for months, Andrews’ agents were able to convince the seller to break the chain after we explained our struggles and difficulties. Zak kept us update on the sale regarding to what document is left to forward to our solicitor, even tried to contact with the estate agent of seller’s onward purchase property to understand what was going on. We were able to get updates from the other members of the team when Zak and Emily were on leave. We would say be rest assured when you purchase a property from Andrews Bath Bear Flat.

Exceptional service from start to finish

Brian Barnsby and his team have been amazing from the start of our sale to the finish. Exceptional service

I simply cannot recommend Andrews (Wallington), especially Ben Gordon-Smith enough. Having separated from my husband and living with family it was a very hard time for me and my x2 girls. After viewing a number of properties and not being selected, I saw a 2nd property through Andrews and got to meet Ben in person and explained my situation.After initially not being selected for a 2 bedroom flat in Wallington, 2 weeks later Ben contacted me to say that the initial people selected had a change in circumstances and if I was still looking he could speak to the landlord. He recommended me and really supported and helped me and my guarantor through the process, which was not easy. He truly cares and has a heart of gold, he went out of his way to help me and at times like this a little kindness means so much. His colleagues Austin and Karen were also so helpful. The customer experience with Andrews is truly remarkable and I cannot recommend them enough.

Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert - absolutely fantastic experience

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. She constantly prioritised checking in to see what more she could do, was instant on her communication and responses and was a real shine of light throughout what was quite a tough and stressful time.
