Fantastic experience with lovely people

I had a fantastic experience with Andrews.I own a property company but did not have the time to show some of my tenants around. Even though I wasn't looking for full-time management.They were more than happy to see to my needs and show tenants around for me. I tried every other agency in the area and they were not interested. I had a terrible discovery that my previous tenant had left the house in a bad way leaving terrible things including cat feaces on the floor. I had to postpone everything for a few weeks whilst renovating. Hayley and Jasmine were absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed and they were extremely emphatic towards my situation, giving me various options and reassuring me it was going to be okay. I really needed this as it all came at a really inconvenient time and they supported me through it. Thankyou guys!! Xx

Andrews Winterbourne - Highly Recommend

I used Andrews Winterbourne as my estate agent when moving house from Bristol (Winterbourne) to Somerset and have nothing but good things to say.The team (Stewart, Phillip, Beth, and Matthew) were fantastic. They sourced an array of viewings, regularly checked in, reported progress, and helped successfully sell my house for a price we were happy with.There were multiple problems along the way including many offers being too low, financial restrictions from buyers, and people pulling out of our chain to name a few. However, the team, and Matthew in particular were extremely helpful with driving all stakeholders to the end.Totally professional, polite, and always willing to help or do the dirty work - I would very much recommend these to anyone looking to sell their house.

An effective and friendly team at Downend!

We are very grateful to the team at Downend, particularly Harpindar, who quickly worked out what we needed and lined us up with a successful tenancy on only the second viewing. We have had a difficult time after a house fire rendered us homeless. Our position was handled sensitively and we were gently cajoled and guided through the admin to a successful outcome. Thanks also to Gurmit for advice and help on form filling, when all was a fog!

Review on behalf of my father.I have rented through Andrew's for 12 years and have always found them to be very professional but also helpful.Communication has always been good. I have just left a property managed by them and Jenny Jones especially has been incredibly helpful and supportive while I navigated my move from Didcot to Wales. it had been a stressful process and Jenny was exceptionally helpful during this time.Should I need to I would definitely use Andrews again and would definitely recommend them.

Bethany Emberton unprofessional as no comms

Bethany Emberton, has no communication skills, did not follow up on a complaint of wrong information on fees, during the query transaction or afterwards. I sold 6 weeks ago and still been ignored! Even the solicitor agreed it’s not the first time, this has happened. Firstly Andrew’s say it’s £3000 to buy and sell your home! They get conveyance to send email, which shows a page with £3000What they don’t do is put at the top this is a 3 page document with additional fees below. When I had a call requesting for search fees, of £369 I reply but I was told this was included in the £3000Reply from the conveyancer would be deducted. So I expected to pay £3000 less £369 We then discovered searches were not required. Which was great expected the £369 to be deducted from the £3000 (Still to receive £25 deposit back) When solicitors fees bill arrived, I asked why it was not £3000 less the search fee, the solicitor said your not the only one caught out! We have also complained as their email is not transparent with what they say you pay, £3000 to buy and sell. When I complained to Bethany she said it was in the emails. I explained I was verbally told it would be deducted from the fees of £3000She claimed they would need to check recorded messages. I heard nothing so called Bethany again. She advised the IT department would have to do this, back from the start! I emailed to explain the approximate time, but she said their legal manager needed to look into this! Dispite my email with a deadline I had nothing back from Bethany or her legal manager!! Shameful treatment, not transparent with costs, and I hear they keep about £500 of the £3000 for themselves!

Honest and reliable Estate Agents in Southfields, SW19

The team at Andrews provide an exceptionally personal, honest, prompt and fantastic service. I purchased a property through Andrews and whole-heartedly recommend this company. Although they are a large national company, they provided a really personalised and efficient service. I was shown the property by Keli (Southfields) who was attentive and took time to get to know us, understanding our needs and requirements. She helped us to push our offer through to the vendor quickly and effectively. We were then supported by Susy (Regional Sales) through the conveyancing process. She never took her eye off the ball and made sure both ours and the other side's conveyancers worked speedily through what's normally a lengthy and drawn-out process. Whenever we were a little lost or needed some reassurance or support, Susy was there to ensure things ticked along and timescales were kept. Both Keli and Susy are totally dependable and trustworthy - unlike some of the other estate agents that we've come across. We are so happy with the purchase and really delighted to have dealt with Andrews.

Used Andrews for selling our property. We have done everything they asked, including using their suggested conveyancers in order to speed up the sale (this was Andrew's words). Property was very appealing in fact we didn't even publish pictures that an offer was accepted. Since than it took over 8 months for the completion to take place, thanks to their USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT suggested conveyancers. Their suggestion cost us a lot of money as we had no tenants and high mortgage rates to pay for so long. We think that Andrews hasn't done enough, even if it was their fault we found ourselves in the hands of an incompetent conveyancer. They only chased the solicitor when the situation got very unpleasant and we made it clear we would have increased the sale price to cover the loss. Shame because we think they can do better than this.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Sumita Jolly and Sarah Newman, your guidance and patience has been greatly appreciated. My recent experience in taking management of my property away from Andrews was seamless Sarah helped me throughout the process and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know prior to self managing the property. She always delivered all she said she was going to do and definitely went above and beyond to help. Thank you Sumita was an exceptional help during the purchase of the property and setting up the management of the property. She also went above and beyond to help (apologies this review is coming alot later then when we discussed!). Thank you The reason for not giving 5 stars is because my journey on the purchase of the property was very stressful as the agent that showed me the property had left and no one had informed me till I chased it up. Then I was provided with another agent whom also randomly left again no communication of this. I do feel that this process should be looked into improving as a first time buyer the process is stressful but then not be told when agents are leaving and delaying the process makes it more challenging. It would be good to have agents who run through the process of what to expect and when. Just so both parties are clear of what needs to be provided and when.

Earlier this week my wife and I viewed some properties that were listed by Andrews Estate Agency. Although we ultimately did not go ahead with an offer on one of the properties, we were extremely impressed by Kwaku’s (the representative) high levels of professionalism, politeness, care and willingness to find and share information with us to help us make our decision. Very high standard of service

We have rented out a flat for several years now and Andrews have always managed the property for us with great professionalism . After a year struggling with a difficult and demanding tenant we were unsure whether to relet or sell . Andrews were very supportive and we opted to rent again .
