GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Sumita and Salim from Kingsbury branch to rent a new house. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Sumita and Salim were professional. They were highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. I highly recommend them to anyone looking top-notch real estate services !

I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Great customer service. Easy to talk with. 100% recommendation!

Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!

This was done proactively before the Easter weekend and Lorna ensured a smooth transition to a new tenancy very quickly. She's competent, easy to work with, flexible proactive and responsive to all queries. She always responds to calls I'm very thankful to Andrews and their staff for the meticulous service they offer.
