If I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst estate agents in Bristol/UK. When they need your money, they want it immediately but if you want your deposit back they're always busy and rude to assist. I left a property in September 2023 when they decided to increase my rent. It's Jan 2024 and they're whenever I call them they're always rude or busy having paying my rents on time and being a great tenant. If you are young and want to rent or mortgage a property don't go with Andrews because they rude, unprofessional and don't care about their tenants especially if you're young.

The decision on whether to make an increase ultimately comes from the Landlord themselves. So in your case it is the Landlord that has decided to increase your rent, not Andrews. If you want more than 5 star hotel, you go to Dubai. When you buy a property, especially your first time, go to Andrews for that extra-outstanding service. Mukul Mehta the Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Andrews London offices made my financial experience seamless - always ready to answer questions, spend time to explain the mortgage details and and provide spot on advice. He did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Issy took on board my comments regarding the condition of the property, and was at pains to stress their rental properties were usually in a better condition than the one viewed. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to secure a great rate for me. Not only that, but he also provided valuable advice about the home buying process. GoogleI have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! We had a complicated house sale and purchase with a number of issues in the chain, but Steven Pearce at Andrews managed the process very well for us. The process had stalled but thanks to Steven he got things moving again and kept on top of it until completion. His communication was excellent, he was proactive and he played a big part ensuring we reached completion. I would highly recommend Steven.

Andrews are the best estate agent on North Street. I sold my property through them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found them very professional throughout and they kept me informed at all stages. They got me the full asking price and were extremely helpful when it came to filling out various forms and paperwork which can often feel overwhelming. We had the pleasure of being shown around properties by the amazing Shannae. Throughout our process she demonstrated she was very knowledgable about the properties, accommodating to any of our needs, most importantly she was very forthcoming and honest. One of the reasons we chose to move into our property is because of Shannae, safe in the knowledge that if we were to have any problems she would be there to help us. Thank you Shannae! Since moving in the property is being managed by Sharron. Another fantastic member of staff at andrews who has been equally helpful fixing any problems with the property.
