GoogleThey are all professional and helpful. We are new to the UK and they took their time to explain and go the extra mile to help us sort the renting process. They were quick to reply and transparent with all details and costs. Glad i took a chance with them. Would recommend)

GoogleReally upset with them. No calls, no attentiveness, no interest, no extra mile, no care, no attention, no understanding. They clearly are up against it and management has to realise that these people need training. They need help to get their service right. I will never use them now, nore will my friends if asked, and I do get asked. A real shame.

GoogleThey managed a number of my properties and they are the worst managing agents i have ever come across. They are inefficient, do not follow up tenants comments, do not carry out referencing properly, i could go on. They cost me so much and treated both myself and my tenants badly. Just the worse, i regret ever going to them. Really really bad
