GoogleTerrible agents. Didn't advise as a buyer correctly. Was waiting almost a year for a property (in which I was chasing for information) to find out on rightmove that this had been removed from the market. Would not recommend.

Hi Tania, Thank you for sharing your feedback and sorry to hear of your experience. As you know the seller is in a difficult situation with having to evict the tenants via the courts of which we made very clear as soon as we were aware of this situation. We had been communicating throughout last year and despite us calling and emailing you to update you in December and again at the start of the year, we were unable to reach you or receive a response. Nothing has changed with the sellers plan and commitment to you despite market values increasing and having checked with rightmove, they confirm the advert was removed automatically on their end due to the length of time the sale has been agreed sstc online and is now back online showing the correct status. If you do still wish to proceed please let us know as we are happy to help wherever we can but if not we wish you the very best of luck in the future with finding an alternative property to buy. GoogleThe worst lettings agency I have ever had the misfortune of being attached to. Just one of many examples: they call me at 8am in the morning to inform me an electrician will be performing a 3 hour test, I ask 'what time will he be coming and does the electrician need access to anything specific' and Andrews reply 'don't get upset with me, you're asking me questions I don't know, I'll text you...' Also my entire kitchen cupboard fell off the wall (very dangerous) and my friends dad had to put it back up because of 'Colin', Andrews handless man, turned up 2 weeks after arranged unannounced and was annoyed it had been done by someone else.

GoogleGave them one star as we couldn't give any less, they didn't even deserve one. ridiculously long time to get anything done and make you feel stupid for asking them to fix/deal with something in the house. We moved into a disgustingly dirty house and had to spend two days cleaning it ourselves - they tried to tell us that they had had professional cleaners come in and clean it before we moved in. They are the worst property managers we have heard of or used. Do not use them, would never recommend.
