GoogleWe are landlords and living abroad, Anderson Rose have been the best agents taking all the stress out of what is normally be a worrying and stress that we don't need in our retirement years. There is regular contact with tenants and us (landlords) which makes renting out a house with AR a pleasure. We couldn't ask for more from the pleasant and helpful staff.

GoogleWe had a fantastic service from Anderson Rose for our recent purchase with tremendous help from Leah Peak. She was always available for advice, support and guidance throughout our entire purchase process. The team go above and beyond to help and are very professional and personable. They are a boutique agency and are easily contactable for any queries. Our transaction was slightly complex and prolonged due to the property itself, however the team were proactive throughout such a daunting process and went above and beyond to put us at ease. If you are looking to buy or sell then these are the agents to choose - you won't regret it. We would highly recommend the team and particularly, Leah!

GoogleThe Anderson Rose team were there for me for every step on the way in the buying process. Leah in particular quickly become a trusted point of contact and was always happy to pick up the phone. Her advice was invaluable, and the purchase quite literally would not have happened without her judgement and skill in helping buyer and seller come to an agreement.

GoogleAnderson Rose have provided us with an outstanding service. For a number of years they acted as the Landlord's agent for us and then, when we decided to sell, they were able to find us a buyer in good order and achieved a sale very close to the asking price. Jon Byers steers a very efficient, agile ship with a team of dedicated professionals pulling all the right ropes and who know and understand the market in their area south of the Thames inside out. We are very glad we went to Anderson Rose when we arrived in SE16.

GoogleWe must have seen 20+ flats over a few days and Rosie & Anderson Rose definitely jumped out as us for being the most professional, personable and helpful of the bunch. From the listing, to the showing to the follow-up communication - everything was top notch. Very transparent, fair and detailed in the process with none of the shady games we saw with other agents. We really couldn't recommend them more - they've been a pleasure to work with!

GoogleAnderson Rose handled a simultaneous sale and purchase for me at a very complicated time with Brexit happening mid way and the chain coming apart with buyers in the chain changing their mind. It was a complicated juggling act at a very awkward time in the market and the entire chain was at risk of unravelling. However the professional and friendly team at Anderson Rose kept a calm head and managed to steer everything to completion. Their good relationship management swiftly found a replacement buyer. They were good at keeping us informed and offered honest insights and practical advice to help wrap up a sale and purchase. Of course, I would use them again and my wife made some home baked cup cakes for the team as a thank you.
