GoogleI first bought a property in Shad Thames through Anderson Rose in February 2013. I was living abroad at the time and intended to live in the property when I moved back to the UK but ultimately never returned. Anderson Rose subsequently managed the property on my behalf as landlord for the next 13+ years until ultimately selling it for me in September 2026. The quality of client service over the many years that I worked with the Anderson Rose team was consistently the best! They made life very easy to continue to own the property from a distance, and then ultimately manage the process to sell; the flat was always occupied with minimal turnaround time between tenants; and advice provided was always honest / without agenda. I had total trust in the team. If I needed a real estate agent in central London again, I wouldn't use anyone else.
