GoogleI would highly recommend Anderson Rose. I have known the principle, Jon Byers, for a number of years and he has always provided us with insightful, unbiased advice which has been invaluable to us. We also recently sold a flat in Shad Thames through Anderson Rose. Unfortunately, the sale, was problematic from beginning to end and I'm certain that without the professionalism and determination of Daniel Thomas (the responsible Anderson Rose Sales Agent) the sale would have floundered. Many thanks to Daniel and the Anderson Rose team.

GoogleAnderson Rose have been extremely helpful, quick to respond since we moved into our new flat. I cannot recommend them enough, Angeliki went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure we had what we needed when we needed it. Highly recommend this company and we would definitely use them ourselves for renting out a property!

GoogleI had a tough time trying to find the perfect apartment and then I met Leah Peak at Anderson Rose in Shad Thames who suddenly made it all seem easy.. It’s odd working with an estate agent when you’re the buyer and they’re not actually working for you, but Leah always made me feel like she was. From the start she was kind, super helpful, easy to deal with, reassuring and jumped to answer questions the minute I asked, even agreeing to meet me for a second viewing on her day off. I can’t say enough about how easy she has made the whole process of finding and buying the perfect place. Superstar. 😊

GoogleMy husband and I relocated to London for work and knew little to nothing about the local housing market. After visiting 15+ flats, we reached out to Anderson Rose about a property and met Scott Joseph, who single-handedly found us a flat that we love in one morning. After visiting the flat and deciding to put in an offer, Scott helped us navigate all of the steps that followed (verifications, contract negotiations, deposits, move-in dates, repairs, etc.); he was patient and so communicative throughout the process. We really felt like we had an advocate, who had our best interest in mind, which meant a lot as foreigners trying to find a home in a new city. We’d absolutely recommend that anyone looking for a property, reach out to Scott, he will go above and beyond for you. Thank you so much, Scott! GoogleWe bought a house through Daniel Thomas and Anderson Rose. The service was excellent throughout and every step of the way Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. Buying a house is a stressful process but Daniel kept the process moving and provided help and guidance throughout. He even helped us with solutions for WIFI. I would thoroughly recommend using Daniel and Anderson Rose.

Very professional and there appears to be a genuine interest in helping the tenant secure something that they would like as well as a good tenant for the landlord. Daniel was my agent and both he and his team were phenomenal. If I need another flat in the future, I expect I will be calling them up!

GoogleInitially I placed my Shad Thames property for sale with 2 other agents on Shad Thames. One of the international agents was frankly useless, the other tried hard for 18 months without success. I appointed Jon and the team and they went above and beyond the call of duty and just sold the place for £2.2m which is a great result considering the market. However, not only did they sell the apartment but Jon helped with selling the furniture and even helped me with moving some items to our new place. They never gave up, were creative and hard working and are problem solvers. They helped solution some difficult problems (not of our making!) that had emerged with the title and went to the PLA themselves to push things along. Even the story behind the name talks to the values of the firm (ask Jon to explain). They are a unique bunch and I would strongly recommend them on any transaction. We were lucky enough to include the people from Anderson Rose in our search and both Oliver and Emma were extremely helpful. We secured a property thanks to Oliver and Emma handled all the details for us. They were both extremely professional and we were kept informed every step of the way. They certainly made the move a lot easier, especially given the distance and time zones. I asked Anderson Rose to find a tenant for my house in Surrey and they swiftly produced a shortlist of six possibles from whom I chose a lovely couple who have settled really well.
