GoogleAnderson Rose handled the sale of 2 properties for me. The properties were not the easiest to sell! I had previously had them listed with another agent who did nothing. Oliver at Anderson Rose sold both properties and the work he did was excellent - way beyond what was expected of an agent - even going as far as sorting out some planning issues by going to the council offices himself. I cannot recommend Anderson Rose and Oliver highly enough. Five star service!

GoogleWe have a flat in Shad Thames that we've let for the past 4 years. We moved to Anderson Rose almost a year ago after a prolonged bad experience with another letting agent in the area. My goodness what a change! After having endured years of inaction, missed deadlines, foul ups, errors of all sorts and general incompetence we suddenly discovered what flat management "done proper" can be. I can't say which agent it was but believe me there is a real bad guy agent out there and it's not A&R! The A&R team will not only go the extra mile they'll do that as a matter of course but if the situation needs it they'll run a full marathon for their clients. Two weeks ago four people from A&R manhandled a washer drier up 4 flights of stairs to our flat when a major high street store wanted to leave it in the lobby. They then also sorted out the plumbing and installation too. They only called us to report "job done". I really do recommend A&R to anyone wanting to let their flat or indeed anyone looking for a flat to let!

GoogleAnderson Rose handled a simultaneous sale and purchase for me at a very complicated time with Brexit happening mid way and the chain coming apart with buyers in the chain changing their mind. It was a complicated juggling act at a very awkward time in the market and the entire chain was at risk of unravelling. However the professional and friendly team at Anderson Rose kept a calm head and managed to steer everything to completion. Their good relationship management swiftly found a replacement buyer. They were good at keeping us informed and offered honest insights and practical advice to help wrap up a sale and purchase. Of course, I would use them again and my wife made some home baked cup cakes for the team as a thank you.

GoogleI asked several estate agents for a valuation and Anderson Rose were the agents with the most professional approach. They predicted a number of things in the early stages which played out exactly as foreseen. Even though there were a few hick ups along the way, in that my property got water damaged whilst we were trying to sell it, it felt like I was working with a team of true professionals who know their business inside out and in the end we achieved the best result possible on the property.

Happily, I have found that they have surpassed my expectations and made the letting of my apartment fuss and stress free. GoogleI came across Anderson Rose when they were acting as agents for the vendor of a flat we bought. Always clear they were acting for the seller, AR was transparent and I experienced non of the chicanery that seems to be systemic in the case of so many estate agents. When the interests of their client and ours overlapped AR pulled out all the stops to ease through a deal that could so easily have derailed. When we later came to rent out the same flat we put it in the hands of Anderson Rose which delivered exactly what was promised. We would not hesitate to buy/sell let/rent through these guys.

GoogleFound and rented a flat through Anderson Rose in May 2015 and couldn't have been happier with how things went. From the start, right up until the "new home" card dropped through our front door (aww!), the team were always polite, professional and genuinely likeable and their knowledge of the Shad Thames area and its (many) blocks of flats was both reassuring and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use Anderson Rose in the future or recommend them to anyone.

GoogleAnderson Rose successfully undermines every cliché about estate agents by being polite, honest, efficient and more helpful than even our most optimistic expectations. The high standard that Jon has set is ably carried by his excellent team and we saw them deal gracefully with problems both on the rental and the sales side. In a market with a lot of competition it is a pleasure to see a team so distinguish themselves on quality of service.

GoogleAnderson Rose rent out our flat on Bermondsey Wall West. We find them straightforward and pleasant to deal with. Our experience over several years has only strengthened our trust of them. They have often gone the extra mile to save us money on minor repairs etc and are efficient when negotiating with tenants on our behalf. ...Nice people to deal with who I feel operate with high values, not necessarily common in estate agency!

I encountered many problems with other parties but these two fantastic agents fought fire and assisted with the process throughout. Nothing was a problem and Stephen, in particular, went an extra 10 miles!
