GoogleThe worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. They weren't bothered by the rat infestation in our property that was apparent the day we moved in (multiple droppings, an actual decomposing rat under the kitchen units...), and dealt with the whole issue ungraciously. Slow, lazy, rude and unprofessional. Especially the owner Kevin, who simply refused to respond to emails when it did not suit him. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Would not recommend.

GoogleAlwyne Estates rented out a property of mine and are currently managing the property. As estate agents and as managing agents they are highly efficient, friendly and honest.. Any Issues that have had happened they are quick and responsive with great communication skills. They have given great advice regarding the property and are vastly experienced. GoogleAlwyne is a small agency based in Islington. I've been using them now for a couple of years to let a property locally. I have always found them efficient and straightforward to deal with, with a no-nonsense approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleThey only bother speaking to you if there's money involved. Any requests for maintenance or even to have a copy of your contract are completely ignored. Absolutely terrible estate agents, they couldn't be much worse at their job. They try to show off how friendly and personal their service is, but as soon as the deposit is down they cut you off. Really lazy and unprofessional company. Stay away.

I found the rental service at Alwyne Estates to be excellent, they offered an efficient, responsive and enthusiastic service. I needed to rent my flat quickly, and they found suitable tenants within a few days. I would highly recommend them.
