Having rented and lived in London for 7 years, Alwyne Estate Agents provided us with our favourite flat ever, along with exceptional service. Their communication was top-notch, rents and contracts were fair, and any issues we encountered were resolved quickly. The team always responded promptly, making communication a pleasure. Both moving in and out were smooth and transparent processes. Impressively, even months after moving out, I was still able to request a reference letter without any hassle. A special thanks to Emily for always being incredibly proactive and helpful! If I find myself flat searching in London again, I would definitely choose Alwyne Estates. :)

We found our flat thanks to Alwyne Estate, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole process was easy and smooth, and Joe was really helpful. We saw the flat the same day they posted the ad and put in an offer straight away. Even though our flat is managed by the landlord, Joe kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. After years of bad experiences with real estate agencies, it’s nice to finally find one that makes your life easy. 100% recommend!

We moved into a property managed by Alwyne a couple of months ago. There were a few issues that we inherited from the previous tenants, but Emily and Caitlin have been so responsive; sorting the issues out really quickly and with no hassle. Before renting from Alwyne, we were dealing with a much bigger agency and we had a terrible experience. Alwyne Estates have provided me with exceptional service both in letting my property in Finsbury Park and subsequently selling it. In stark contrast to the 2 previous agents used, Alwyne's were responsive, competent, communicative, knowledgeable, supportive, professional and helpful, and proactive in successfully balancing my needs as a landlord and seller, and those of our tenants and buyers. Special shout out to Emily in Lettings who sorted out a very messy situation inherited from the previous managing agents, and Malcolm who handled the sale and whose advice and skill resulted in a surprisingly swift and seamless sale, securing the successful offer within a week and completing within a month. Highly recommended all round.

I can recommend Alwyne Estates. I rented a flat in Canonbury for 11 years, which was managed by Alwyne throughout. Alwyne have a team of 'handymen' who would arrive at the flat at short notice (often within an hour or two) to review/fix any issues. Caitlin was particularly helpful with the processes around leaving the flat.
