GoogleI bought a house marketed through Alwyne and Freddie in particular. This was a great experience, given how stressful it can be to move. Freddie was very quick to respond and liaised very well with the vendors. I also requested all communications in writing as I'm deaf, which was no problem (many estate agents seem addicted to phones!). I'm very impressed.

GoogleI recently sold my house using Alwyne Estates. The service, help and support were second to none. I genuinely can't recommend them enough. The transaction was complicated and yet Malcolm from Alwyne Estates made sure that he was on top of the legal problems and offered helpful advice throughout. He also kept in regular contact, always taking my calls and getting back to me when information was needed. He developed a very constructive relationship with my solicitors so that everyone was in the loop. Alwyne Estates has detailed local knowledge and are best placed to handle sales in the Islington area, for a personal touch and a highly professional approach.
