Dear Pietro,
I am sorry you feel disappointed with the service but as you are aware during the course of your tenancy we received numerous complaints both from neighbours and Islington council. These complaints were very serious regarding noise and drugs.
We were very fair with your cleaning charges, to the point of splitting the cost.
It was also yourselves that had taken a long time to fill in vacation forms that did not allow us to return any deposits.
