Excellent service that exceeds expectations

We have known Tim for a few years and he has always shown dedication and offered a service that exceeds expectations, totally reliable and manges the process to the end and beyond. He is innovative in trying different approaches to acquiring quality tenants for our Chelsea flat and always succeeds. We have other properties outside London but wish we had Tim on our side in those areas too.

Tanya Gaby of Agent & Homes sold us our home. Working for the sellers she could not have been more helpful and accommodating towards us as buyers. Her warm and straight-forward manner was appreciated by us throughout the whole process. Always available and always positive. She is a real joy to deal with as a real estate agent. We can't recommend her highly enough.

If you're in search for a bespoke, unique, friendly, proactive and very hands on agent, this is your place. Ed and his team was very proactive and hands on during the entire process which was rather short. Ed sure know's his game and the environment. Ed has good contacts should you need any support with (from cleaning/handy person/insurance etc). I would recommend you reaching out to Ed and his team, you maybe surprised......(the boring stuff now)...The reason I went ahead with Ed was that I wanted to avoid the high street style of letting agents as they do not offer this type of customer contact/engagement - they are simply focused on transactions and will potentially charge you a nice premium for most activities unless its in the 'lengthy' fine print/contract.

Rav Sagoo sold us our London flat several years ago & when it came to selling it on, it was always going to be Rav who we would trust to act on our behalves. It has always been an utter pleasure to work with Rav; his professionalism, experience & knowledge of the business is second to none. We welcome that he is always so straightforward, no-nonsense, efficient, thorough & will go the extra mile for his clients. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wishing to buy or sell

5 Stars are not enough!

I have moved a number of times around different areas in London but my experience with Rav Sagoo at Agents and Homes was so smooth and simple thanks to his manner and professionalism. I honestly couldn't rate the man high enough for every detail he helped during the process. By far the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure to work with.

We had a smooth buying process with the assistance and support from Emma. She introduced a surveyor to us when we were unable to find one. The surveyor was really nice and professional. Throughout the transaction, she has made regular follow up emails and WhatsApps with the responsible parties and ensured that we were all on the same page.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Completely reassuring and brilliant advice

When Rollo sold our flat he gave us complete support throughout the process. He had great advice and understood all the subtle (and sometimes emotional) dynamics of our family moving home. Rollo got us a great price for our property (which at that time was unprecedented for the area). I can’t thank him enough. If we ever move again- I’d use him for sure.

Sam and Rollo worked so hard on the sale of our property at such a hard time in the market. They helped and advised us every step of the way. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell or buy property with. We use them for rentals too, they cover all our needs in the property game! Would highly recommend. Great job!

Andrew and Emma do an excellent job

Other agents seem to concentrate their efforts mainly on selling themselves. By contrast, Andrew and Emma focus their attention on actually getting the job done, with good results. For landlords such as myself, the quality of their advice is high, and they have a thoroughly sensible approach towards the complications of the property market. I would recommend them.

Honest and helpful

They gave us an honest valuation for our house. They were helpful and flexible. They went above and beyond to work around us and find us a great buyer. We managed to get a very quick sale and the whole process was as stress free as humanly possible. I would highly recommend them.

Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me ! I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated. Thank you for calling to rectify this issue Then today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !PositiveProfessionalism

I bought my current flat from Edward Crowther from Agent & Homes, he now fully manages it for the Airbnb stays and short lets, and I highly recommend their service. He's been incredibly helpful coordinating all the transition of ownership (deliveries for furniture change, painting, new photos for Airbnb, etc) and super effective in securing rapidly Airbnb guests for the flat. I have been abroad during all this process, and it's been thanks to his professionalism, responsiveness and effectiveness that my flat is now looking and monetising great.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
