First time buyer purchase

We used Agent & Homes to purchase our first property as the flat was listed with a few agents but none were as responsive as Agent & Homes. Jack was always on the ball and very helpful with pushing the deal through.

Sean is really knowledgeable on the market as well as the in’s and out’s of the process. Had 3 offers of quality tenants in under a week showing his ability to match tenants and properties as well as depth of client base. Highly recommended.

Rav and the Agent and Homes team have been a delight to work with from the start. Rav made the process of letting out our flat easy and his professional and personal approach made what could otherwise be a bit of a minefield, painless. I would highly, highly recommend them, and I hope to use Rav for all of our property affairs in the future.

I would highly recommend Rollo and Agent & Homes. Selling and buying a House can be very stressful but Rollo took most of the stress away. He is down to earth, honest and says it as it is. I couldn't have asked for more.

Successful sale and purchase with Rav Sagoo

When our initial sale fell through we chose to appoint Rav Sagoo as our selling agent given the flat we were hoping to buy was being sold by him. Rav made the buying and selling experience as smooth as possible and was very motivated to find us a buyer.

First tenant success

Thanks entirely to Rollo and his team, we have a first tenant moving in today to our flat. He has been exemplary in his organisation, most helpfully available on Saturdays, reassuring and effective throughout the daunting processes. Much recommended. Justin

Agent and Homes have been a breath of Fresh air in the competitive cut-throat London real estate market. Mr Sagoo leads an efficient, professional, friendly and customer-oriented business. His knowledge of the London market is immense, his experience is vast and his advice invaluable. With Agent and homes, one receives a bespoke service, competitively priced and tailored to meet one's specific housing needs, rather than one size fits all housing needs solutions at astronomically high fees. Agent and Homes have arrived at a timely fashion to challenge the status quo of the London real estate business, and they offer a service which is second to none.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Would highly recommend CJ

CJ went above and beyond to provide a valuation for a leasehold property that involved various tricky restrictions on resale. He produced a thorough and detailed report that met a very strict criteria. He was also incredibly flexible when booking the valuation date and arrived on time before emailing a copy of the report the same day. I have already recommended CJ to people I know who are selling their properties. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Terrible customer service but lovely ceo

Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me !I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated.Thank you for calling to rectify this issueThen today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !
