Rented an office from Jas in Noting hill gate, we had a wonderful time, great support, and friendly customer service. Deposit was returned at the end of our contract, no questions asked. I guess you just can't get this treatment very often nowadays. Will defiantly rent again through them. And defiantly recommend them.

Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!! Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me !I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated.Thank you for calling to rectify this issueThen today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !

I put my property up for sale in February and used 2 well known agents in Notting Hill. Come August and neither had many viewings, all they recommended to do was ‘drop price’ for obvious reasons. I met Jack and he was open about the market and actually advised me with best options. I decided to re let the property within 48 hours Jack had the property let and it’s the best thing that’s happened this year! Every property going forward is only with them.

Rollo Miles of Agents and Homes sold us a house in his neighbourhood, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was open to showing us the property multiple times, and to discussing the area, the pros and cons of what various homes in the vicinity offered, and provided many examples of other comparable homes to help us make our decision. He entertained more than one offer from us, and was very reasonable at every stage of the process. The negotiation and subsequent paperwork to close was very easy. I have known Bob for nearly 13 years and Emma for 5 years. I now live abroad and recently made a decision to sell my property in Notting Hill.
