TrustpilotRav is an excellent agent!
Rav Sagoo truly took the anxiety and stress out of house hunting and selling. He took the time to ask the right questions that enabled him to find me the perfect flat, which I know for a fact I would not have found on my own. He made the whole process of selling and buying so smooth for me and was on hand to help anytime I had questions or worries. It was a fun experience.

Rollo found our first house which was at a great price and then sold it for us for double a few years later. He was so attentive and re-assuring. I would not acquire or sell a property without attaining his opinion in advance. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

TrustpilotGreat company. Highly recommend Emma!
I highly recommend going with Agent and homes! They are a lot more personal than the standard high street estate agents and tailor the property search to your needs. I bought a place with Emma, who I would definitely go back to for my future needs!

It's been a pleasure dealing with Ed during our recent move. Compared to past experiences with chain agencies, the ease and simplicity of working with a smaller, independent agency is a breath of fresh air.

GoogleRav and Rollo at Agent & Homes made the process of selling and moving from our 30-year Notting Hill home a smooth and friendly experience. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave a level of personal help and consideration rare in the cut-throat and target-driven world of today's central London estate agents. I cannot recommend them too highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTrying to book a viewing on one of the properties they had advertised. Was told twice I'd get a call back. They haven't. I feel for the vendor as their propety sale is clearly not being facilitated.
Dear Avalon, so sorry please let us know which property?
