Excellent service that exceeds expectations

We have known Tim for a few years and he has always shown dedication and offered a service that exceeds expectations, totally reliable and manges the process to the end and beyond. He is innovative in trying different approaches to acquiring quality tenants for our Chelsea flat and always succeeds. We have other properties outside London but wish we had Tim on our side in those areas too.

I would highly recommend Nathan at Agent & Homes. I was in a time crunch and was hoping for something fast. They were able to get me into the apartment I wanted in just one day! Needless to say I was very impressed.

Tanya Gaby of Agent & Homes sold us our home. Working for the sellers she could not have been more helpful and accommodating towards us as buyers. Her warm and straight-forward manner was appreciated by us throughout the whole process. Always available and always positive. She is a real joy to deal with as a real estate agent. We can't recommend her highly enough.

5 Stars are not enough!

I have moved a number of times around different areas in London but my experience with Rav Sagoo at Agents and Homes was so smooth and simple thanks to his manner and professionalism. I honestly couldn't rate the man high enough for every detail he helped during the process. By far the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure to work with.

Nothing else to say that it is PERFECTION for me

I just want to congrat Valerie from agent and homes. This girl is just amazing! She takes care of you like you are part of her family. Very efficient, great reactivity, if you have a problem she is here you could count on her. I had so bad experience with famous agents that you are paying for just not doing nothing.

Completely reassuring and brilliant advice

When Rollo sold our flat he gave us complete support throughout the process. He had great advice and understood all the subtle (and sometimes emotional) dynamics of our family moving home. Rollo got us a great price for our property (which at that time was unprecedented for the area). I can’t thank him enough. If we ever move again- I’d use him for sure.

Sam and Rollo worked so hard on the sale of our property at such a hard time in the market. They helped and advised us every step of the way. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell or buy property with. We use them for rentals too, they cover all our needs in the property game! Would highly recommend. Great job!

Andrew and Emma do an excellent job

Other agents seem to concentrate their efforts mainly on selling themselves. By contrast, Andrew and Emma focus their attention on actually getting the job done, with good results. For landlords such as myself, the quality of their advice is high, and they have a thoroughly sensible approach towards the complications of the property market. I would recommend them.

Honest and helpful

They gave us an honest valuation for our house. They were helpful and flexible. They went above and beyond to work around us and find us a great buyer. We managed to get a very quick sale and the whole process was as stress free as humanly possible. I would highly recommend them.

Agent and Homes Excellent to Work With

Bob and Emma from Agent and Homes are very professional and are experts in the local real estate market. They found the right buyer and my flat sold quickly off market. They have a very civilised and professional way of negotiating. They balance the needs of the seller and the buyer. I would highly recommend Agent and Homes.

We had a great experience with Agent and Homes right from the outset, truly professional, attentive, and yet made the process so easy. Charlie Crane arranged everything for our flat in Clapham, he even gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us to our new home. Thanks very much Charlie

Great personal service from Rollo Miles

Rollo sold our house in North Kensington for more than the asking price. He took great care to handpick suitable buyers and the sale went through with ease.He also helped negotiate our onward purchase and dealt with other agents and we were able to obtain a substantial reduction. You will be luck to have his service!

Rav is an excellent agent!

Rav Sagoo truly took the anxiety and stress out of house hunting and selling. He took the time to ask the right questions that enabled him to find me the perfect flat, which I know for a fact I would not have found on my own. He made the whole process of selling and buying so smooth for me and was on hand to help anytime I had questions or worries. It was a fun experience.

A fantastic agent!

Rollo found our first house which was at a great price and then sold it for us for double a few years later. He was so attentive and re-assuring. I would not acquire or sell a property without attaining his opinion in advance. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great company. Highly recommend Emma!

I highly recommend going with Agent and homes! They are a lot more personal than the standard high street estate agents and tailor the property search to your needs. I bought a place with Emma, who I would definitely go back to for my future needs!

Purchase in SW18

Will worked really hard with a complicated chain to see my purchase through in Southfields SW18. He kept me informed every step of the way and was understanding of my frustrations and unplanned complications - can't recommend him highly enough.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Ed during our recent move. Compared to past experiences with chain agencies, the ease and simplicity of working with a smaller, independent agency is a breath of fresh air.

As a foreigner moving to Germany

As a foreigner moving to Germany, I had a wonderful experience with this company. Their service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. The photos of the apartment I rented were truthful and accurately depicted the real situation, with the only minor difference being that the space appeared slightly larger in the pictures.
