GoogleFailed to make an appointment for the property I wanted to see. Keep on sending me inappropriate property details even after telling them not to. Please take me off your list!
We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the level of service you received. We pride ourselves on being transparent and proactive and are therefore disappointed to hear of your low review. I have looked into the matter for you and unfortunately the property you wanted to see was withdrawn by the sellers on the day you called and we therefore couldn't accommodate your request to view this particular house, this was explained at the time to you and other options were provided. Our staff are trained to keep our buyers updated with properties that suit their criteria and will always endeavour to find our buyers their dream home. Please feel free to contact me directly at yasser@adam-hayes.co.uk where I will be delighted to help find you a suitable property.
