Fantastic estate agents! We were incredibly lucky to find Sawan who has been superb right from our first meeting. He is professional, friendly, reliable and extremely trustworthy. Our purchase has been managed in an efficient and timely manner, with excellent communication at every stage. Sawan and the rest of the team at Adam Hayes have guided us through with patience and care; we really couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. We will never use anyone else!

I would rate them with more stars if possible. From the first interactions I had with Adam Hayes, when Amir came to value my flat he was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Honestly, when they were showing people around there could have been a little more communication but I think this was a slow time of year. However, when Charlie took over and the sale started to go through he was excellent at keeping both me and the buyer informed of where we were in the process, as well as giving great advice on what needed to be done next. He was much more helpful than my solicitor and frequently contacted him to keep things moving along. Thank you, Charlie you were brilliant.

I had a limited amount of time to find a new place to rent and upon my first phone-call to Adam Hayes, I found them to be most helpful. Myself and my friend really liked one particular property (which has since become our new home). The agent that we dealt with went above and beyond to support us in securing the property. Faisal Azim, our agent delivered us with a later viewing to his normal hours and continued to support us in a speedy manner, in order to move in to our property before Christmas. We cannot thank him enough for his support, as well as the rest of the team in the North FInchley office. A highly professional, friendly and caring team. I would not hesitate in recommending Adam Hayes to friends in the future, or seeking out their services again should I need another property.

Through years, Adam Hayes is found to be the most helpful estate agent in Finchley. Through the constant help with rapid response of sales Norbert Sobczak, I've recently secured an ideal flat at reasonable price within short period. Should there be any further requirement to rent a flat/house in the future, I will be more than happy to choose Adam Hayes which is also highly recommended to those who are ready to find a sweet home in Finchley.

Ercan assisted my wife in sourcing a property after a very frustrating search. It was a property that had slipped under our radar and we would not have found it without his help. He has been extremely supportive during the period up to exchange that was made difficult by the incompetance of all lawyers involved! I suspect that with his expertise and enthusiasm, we would have lost the purchase. We cannot thank him enough and having experienced an array of London estate agents, his approach and professionalism was outstanding.

Ercan presented as a very warm sincere and honest person. When viewing what turned out to be an unsuitable property, he asked pertinent questions that revealed the kind of property that would be suitable. He suggested a property which, whilst it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, he showed creativity in explaining how it could be adapted to our needs. We were coming from Manchester and had a short window of opportunity to view and he was instrumental in arranging a very speedy viewing. We have now purchased that property. Without his help we would still be looking! He is a star!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ercan Aziz at Adam Hayes for a number of years in my professional capacity as a solicitor at DP Cameron. I can commend him on his professionalism, integrity and high levels of service. Always helpful, intelligent and patient with all transactions even those which need a little more time and care. He is able to look after clients and liaise with other professionals in a helpful manner and always demonstrates a passion for getting a deal done.

Sawan Shah provided an excellent service from start to finish. As soon as we viewed the property, I knew that I wanted to purchase it and Sawan ensured the sale happened! He also sold my property and achieved asking price. Even though there were bumps in the road due to COVID-19 related issues, he kept his promises and was always attentive. I recommend Adam Hayes and Sawan, in particular. Excellent!

Both properties had been extremely difficult to sell, and after being messed about and then let down by another Estate Agent, we signed up with Adam Hayes who then took over in the midst of the pandemic and were able to secure sales on both properties within months. Sawan Shah dealt with the sales and was very professional and kept me informed as did Yasser Elkfass. Would definitely recommend Adam Hayes.
