GoogleWe signed with Adam Hayes after a really disappointing experience with another agent we originally selected. Some of the stories that first agent came up with, they must have thought we were born yesterday. The Adam Hayes team have been professional, open and honest, dedicated to selling our house for the best price possible and always kept us in the loop. This has been during a challenging period, when UK political affairs have resulted in a slumping economy, a weakening pound and a drop in the confidence of buyers that is the right time to be buying. Despite this, the team have never given up not pressured us to reduce the price more than we felt reasonable, in order to make it easier to get a sale. We are delighted with the sale they secured. Looking at the invoice of fees that just came through, I feel they absolutely earned every penny.
