Profesional, courteous reliable. We were very happy with the service provided by Adam Hayes. We had to leave our details with a sales agent when we made our initial enquiry and he said he would pass them on to Norbert the letting agent. Norbert called us and we arranged a viewing of a flat we were interested in. We received email confirmation of the date time and address of the viewing and also email confirmation that we had registered with the agency. The day of the viewing he was already waiting at the property for us. He was polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He also chased us up a few days later for feedback and although we didn't take the property he was courteous and still offered to be of assistance at anytime in future should we require his services. Definitely would use them again.

The service provided by the Adam Hayes team was absolutely fantastic and very professional from the second they took on my property up until they found me a tenant and contract was signed. We originally bought our flat from Adam Hayes in 2012 and were so thrilled with our experience then that when we wanted to rent it out this year, we knew that we were in good hands. From the professionalism of Amir as well as the amazing photos to the viewings held by Faisal, the service was impeccable and having been present for some of the viewings, Faisal did a tremendous job at highlighting the key benefits of our flat as well as being really knowledgeable on all aspects. Living in France and having to sell my father-in-law's house in North Finchley had the potential to be very stressful. However, Yasser ensured that everything proceeded smoothly. We chose Adam Hayes over other estate agents because of their professionalism, they knew the local market and assured us that the house would easily sell despite being in a less than perfect condition. They were right. Within a very short space of time, we received an offer. Yasser told the buyers that their original offer was too low and they upped their offer twice. We were kept informed at every stage and when we needed the meters read a member of Yasser's team even went to the house and read them for us! I can highly recommend Adam Hayes Estate Agents.

I got really impressed by the professionalism of this agency, in particular with Faisal's. He's been so helpful and caring! It was mine and my boyfriend's first experience in renting a 2 bedroom apartment after years renting sharing accommodations. He gave us so many advice on what was the best thing to do and made sure we would get the house we wanted! Really....great customer service and attention to details! The day we got the keys and entered our apartment, they left us a bottle of red wine and a welcome card! So so nice of them! Thank you. I would definitely visit you again!
