GoogleSuch an unbelievably unprofessional practice. Won’t give me my deposit back because they never asked the new tenet for one. No one in that place communicates or acts with any candor or reason. Horrible people and horrible practice, should be investigated.

GoogleWe had a few issues in our flat that we flagged on Sunday evening. By Monday, Vincent had responded and made arrangements for a plumber to come round as soon as possible. The plumber arrived on time and Vincent also took time out of his day to supervise the visit and personally address the problems we raised. He was polite, professional and made sure not to leave until everything was resolved. He promptly followed up with an email later in the day to summarise what we had discussed and what the next steps are. On top of everything he shared his tricks to cooking the perfect bolognaise which was approved by my Italian partner! Well done Vincent and thanks for the help today!

GoogleAaron is wonderful. He really makes you feel welcome. And when I finally moved, he sent a gang of movers and a van and a truck to help free of charge! I couldn’t believe it.

GoogleI have been a tenant at a property managed by Acquire for 4 years. My experiece with the agency has been excellent and this is also why I stayed in the property for so long. They have managed the flat without being intrusive, but are quick to support and help when there is something to fix or repair. They also allowed me to do some improvements in my flat to make it nicer for all tenants while covering the costs. Overall, compared to other agencies I had in the past I highly recommend to rent a room in one of the properties they manage!

Securing and leaving the property have been very pleasant experiences, the agents have been very responsive and solved everything in a timely manner. During my tenancy I’ve been always treated respectfully, all my questions have been answered in a timely manner and anything I needed has been considered. Totally recommend them! It’s been a pleasure, it’s one of the very few agencies that actually care about providing great services.

GoogleRented from Acquire for almost 4 years in a beautiful property for a house share. My time renting from them was smooth with quick fixes to any problems (there was minimal) which arose. Acquire were flexible with both my move in and out dates allowing me to amend to when was best fit. Everyone I interacted with is extremely friendly, making my move to SW London stress free! I would highly recommend and would happily rent again from them if the right property came up again. Huge thank you to everyone at Acquire - big should out to Aaron, Lia, Kat & Boyan!

GoogleSince day 1, I’ve had a fantastic experience with Acquire. They have always been speedy to sort/help with any issues and they make the whole process so easy! In particular, Gledis has helped so much throughout my tenancy and has always gone above & beyond for us! I definitely recommend renting through Acquire!

GoogleThis company is dishonest and will waste your time, please do not use them. After calling them several times to arrange a visit for a flat I was told I could go and see one during weekdays. Unfortunately I was unavailable. I tried to organise one the following week and was told the tenant had not provide permission to view the flat. I was surprised as this wasn’t the case the week before. I then continued to to ring for updates and was told the same. Turns out the let had been agreed with someone else and they were lying to me the whole time. Holding me for insurance in case the agreement fell through. I would advice all landlords to drop them as they will give your property a bad reputation.

GoogleA waste of time. They posted photos of a supposedly very nice flat that didn't bear any resemblance with the flat itself, which was in a terrible condition. And I was assured by phone that the flat was very nice. Also the estate agent was very unfriendly.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
