GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with Acorn Properties, specifically with ‘Lauren’’, the agent I was dealing with. She was incredibly slow to respond to my inquiries and seemed disinterested in addressing my needs. Her attitude came across as rude and dismissive, making the entire process unnecessarily stressful. It felt as though she was careless and unbothered by the concerns I raised, which is not the level of professionalism I expected from a letting agency. I would not recommend Acorn Properties to anyone looking for attentive and reliable service.

GoogleI moved to Acorn after I wasn’t impressed with another local agent. From the outset I wanted to ensure they truly understood my property and knew every last detail that only the owner knows and wants shared with buyers. They absolutely delivered on this, communication was excellent throughout and I felt the standard of customer service was very high. I’m sure the buyers also felt the same when they realise that Acorn know the properties well rather than hosting a slightly subdued viewing. Additionally, as Acorn are a local agent they know the Colindale area brilliantly and can highlight all the benefits. Their photography and sales pack was also great, including drone photography. Having originally met the owner Jed, his experience was paramount and expert to ensure every detail of the listing was perfect and reflected what buyers actually look at or ignore. They found a buyer within 4 weeks of it going on the market and held my hand throughout the process, kept the buyer engaged and helped me to chase up solicitors both sides when needed. I’d absolutely recommend them for your property sale, as a bonus their fee is competitive too.

GooglePlease read these awful reviews on this agency do not ever use these people court proceedings against their work . Holly very very rude not just my reviews others ….. be careful, they will fabricate anything to get you to sign with them . They do not do things right and a name ‘holly is so rude shows no lack of empathy , no customer service , just wants commission and bye.lies lies and more lies DO NOT USE THIS AGENTS FIND A REPUTABLE AGENCY she brings this company into disrepute. Wrote to the owner haven’t heard anything . No knowledgement ( that in itself speaks volumes !!! .

GoogleHorrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…
