GoogleI recently sold my flat through Acorn. Phil has been great throughout the process- keeping me updated, being proactive, in constant communication with the buyer and going above and beyond. I also previously rented through Acorn and they have managed my property. I would gladly use Acron again in the future and would recommend if you are selling, renting or buying π Acorn, and Phil specifically, has a very personalised approach and he takes into account individual circumstances to get the best result for you.

GoogleI presently rent through Acorn Properties and have had such a great experience with them from the viewing stage where I met lovely Lauren and received such excellent support/ communication throughout the whole process in securing the tenancy. Always such a pleasant experience to have Paul pick up the phone and be ever ready to listen to whatever query you have and ensure they're passed on/ attended to. In addition, the team isΒ extremely responsive to any issue that needs fixing or attended to at the property and always done so within the shortest possible time- no need to ask twice for anything and they genuinely do care ,which is a quality I personally admire- thanks to Holly & Roisin. If you prefer effective communication, structured and more efficient systems in the real estate industry then I'd highly recommend Acorn Properties as it's been an absolute pleasure renting via them. I cannot recommend Acorn Properties and its incredibly amazing team highly enough.

GoogleAcorn Colindale has just completed the sale of a property that had belonged to a late family member. Paul Harwood dealt with our account and was fantastic from start to finish. They were one of the local Agents we used for valuation for Probate and it was clear then that they knew the local market better than some of the others that we contacted. On the sale itself, Paul offered realistic, insightful advice from the outset, including on valuation. Whereas others appeared to be suggesting unrealistic and inflated values, Paul's valuation attracted genuine interest in the property from the outset. His support through the process was then first-class, providing regular updates on progress and advice on a variety of topics. I doubt I will need to use the services of a local agent again but if I did I would have no qualms about using or recommending Paul and Acorn.

GoogleAcorn Properties is definitely a second to none choice if you want to get a property in London. The agent Phil there is very responsive to questions and accessible even during his day-off. Phil has been jolly helpful not only before completion, but also willing to take up extra work which he could have said βNoβ to quite easily. Philβs post-completion services are splendid and I would definitely recommend you to go to Acorn if needed.

It has been an extremely stressful time for us due to family ill health and they have been sensitive and always responded very quickly to any queries. GoogleRoisin and Holly were so helpful and accommodating in the lead up to moving flats. Roisin even stayed late to make sure we got the keys as we were later than expected! Once we moved in there was a couple of issues with the property (not their fault), Roisin has been working taking care of it to get everything resolved ASAP. Really good experience from Acorn so far ππΌ

GoogleI was recommended Acorn Properties by a friend and they have been absolutely fantastic. This was a sale due to bereavement and I do not live close at hand. Paul and Jed both stepped in and allowed access to prevent me having to travel to the property for equipment to be collected and to help with minor repairs. They guided me through the process and found a very good buyer. Paul kept me informed when my own Solicitor didn't and made the whole thing as easy as possible for me. I cant thank them both enough and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
